HR Leadership - Conducted HR compliance audits, developed HR policies and programs, and provided HR operational and strategic leadership for a mid-sized privately-held manufacturing company.


Talent Management - Designed and implemented talent management processes for large manufacturing and retail organizations.  Results included a snapshot of existing talent in key positions along with action plans to address staffing, training and performance issues that were surfaced.

Executive Coaching - Assessed current skill levels, communication and leadership styles for senior level executives.  Designed, implemented and facilitated developmental action plans to improve performance.

Career Coaching - Provided individual career coaching, including goal clarification, resume and interview preparation and job offer negotiation, to professionals and executives in transition or seeking new positions in sales, marketing, manufacturing, legal/corporate counsel, finance, human resources as well as CEOs in both for-profit and non-profit sectors.

Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures - Completed numerous HR projects including initial and pre-closing due diligence, purchase agreement negotiation, post-closing transition and integration plans, assessment of acquired management teams, and employee communication programs. 

Organizational Development - Designed and implemented processes to enhance communication, teamwork and clarity of purpose among the partners of a small professional services firm.


Compensation & Rewards – Developed programs such as performance review systems, pay grades and ranges, merit pay guidelines, sales incentive programs, production incentives, annual bonus plans, long-term incentive programs, and stock-based incentives.


HR Business Partner - Assisted the CEO of a small organization to clarify roles and improve communications with senior staff.  Solutions included defining roles and processes, enhanced communications, and long-term recommendations to re-align the organizational structure to prepare for anticipated changes.


Outplacement - Designed and conducted outplacement programs for small and large employee groups, including executive, office/professional, hourly and production workers.

Training - Designed and conducted training programs on supervisory skills, interviewing, performance reviews, discipline, business ethics, harassment/fair treatment, teamwork, and dealing with change. 

Organizational Design - Developed and implemented a strategy to transition a start-up business in Asia to full integration with an established global business unit.  Worked closely with Asia-Pacific business development manager, global business unit leader and corporate CEO for a successful transition.
